How
To Overcome Sin What's
So Bad About Sin? What's So Bad About Sin?
Transcript The former zoo keeper told his friend that even pet raccoons go through a glandular change at about 24 months. After that they often attack their owners and a 30-pound raccoon can be equal to a 100-pound dog in a fight. The girl politely listened but she replied "It’ll be different for me. Bandit wouldn't hurt me. He just wouldn't." Three months later the girl underwent plastic surgery for facial lacerations. Her pet raccoon attacked her for no apparent reason. There’s a spiritual lesson in this. Sin often comes dressed in an adorable appearance. If you play with it, it’s easy to think, "It won’t hurt me." But an attack is imminent. God warns- “You hid behind evil like a shield and said, "No one can see me!" You were fooled by your wisdom and your knowledge; you felt sure that you alone were in full control. (Isaiah 47:10 Contemporary English Version) Listen to God’s good advice: Don’t be fooled by sin. For Beyond Today, I’m Steve Myers
